If you have booked one of our beautiful short term rental units for your visit to Golden, CO and need to change your trip please reach out to us at our email address below. By Default our stays once booked are non refundable but we will do our best to accommodate changes and cancelations.
We accept payment via credit card, through stripe or Airbnb. We typically respond to all emails within 24 hours and faster once you've decided to stay with us.
